PLANNING
Configuration-
Busweb places at the
bus carriers' disposal
various tools: first
of all a practical form
that enables to enter
and modify the bus stops,
which in return will
add to the write up of
the single bus route;
once the bus route has
been created, it is necessary
to assign bus stops to
it, indicate the running
time (in minutes) between
stops and specify for
each route whether it
is going uphill or downhill,
in a way to create contemporarily
with the routing the
stretches of going uphill
or downhill.
At every line can be
assigned one or more
routes, for example in
case the same line carries
out various routes.
Once the bus lines and
routes have been created
you can begin creating
the calendar. The calendar
is nothing more than
the distribution of the
journeys throughout during
the week: for each day
you can program one or
more journeys with different
routes, different departure
times, different availability
of seats and different
values.
By linking the bus routes
information to the information
available on the calendar,
the system generates
a clear journey program
that are shown, after
the planning of the sales
network, on the interface
specifically created
for customers who want
to make a purchase by
credit card.
