Fares and allotments - Busweb differentiates itself from other software packages as it provides a complete fare management tool. If appropriate, the bus carrier can simultaneously add to the standard fares supplements or reduction fares, low cost fares, discount cards or special fares.

Each fare can be created from the beginning, or generated from an existing file and saved with a different name 'salva con nome' indicating, for example, a discount percentage by bracket depending on the difference between the booking date and the departure date. It is also possible to create fares "in batches" which will save a remarkable amount of time.

Busweb has preset an area for allotment management where general rules are created for the allocation of reserved seats to the single routes; every allotment can be individually modified or cancelled during the administration of the route and, if assigned during the creation of the calendar, every corresponding route in the planning will already have allotment activated.
