Ticket office and financial administration- The commercial network management module allows to effectively and efficiently manage all ticket offices that are part of the selling network.

The bus carrier codifies all the agencies, decides which bus routes are enabled to be sold by each ticket office and defines the operational privileges for the particular ticket office (for example the possibility to carry out changes and refunds).

For every ticket office or bus route, it is possible to differentiate the commission percentage and define the incentive brackets, this way stimulating the agencies to sell more tickets.

Special attention is given to cash register cycle administration and to the sales audit. From the write up of the recurring statements from each agencies, the pro-forma invoices and due balance payments are generated.

It is possible to create at anytime, a complete report of the current situation of each ticket office, and check in detail the sales made by each of them. In addition, the carrier can also make changes to the statements generated and decide whether or not to approve them.
