A system based on a log
files which register everything
that happens to the printer
Everytime a ticket is issued,
Busweb TpL will check that
the printer is ready for
printing; for example, that
it's on, that the top is
closed that it's filled
with paper etc.
If a problem is identified,
a warning message will appear
on the computer screen advising
the operator of the nature
of the ploblem and to contact
the helpdesk.
The constant communication
between the printer and
the server, allows to log
on the central server any
problem that occurs to the
printer; everytime that
a printer is switched on
or off, or if the ink is
finished, or everytime that
there is an error, the system
records this information
on the server.
This process enables the
help-desk to have a complete
list of the events that
happen to the printer, to
find the cause of the error
and reset the system and
let the retailer continue
with the operation.
