CRM Mobility has developed
an adjustable database
wherein all internal
messages, notices, memos,
working notes, can be
stored and consulted
by call centers operators.
Messages can be forwarded
to the operators in various
ways (fax,e-mail,phone
etc), it is their responsibility
to insert them in the
database through the
utilisation of a specific
form on which it is important
to indicate the subject
of the notice, the issue
date and the type of
communication (i.e. working
notes, memo etc).
To consult the archive
for a spefic message,
the operator can search
either by a key word
or by the date of issue
of the message. Messages
can be modified or cancelled.
The communication archive
can also be integrated
in the company website
in order to enable customers
to inform theirselves
on issues that may have
an impact on their travel,
and to allow the insertion,
modfication and cancellaton
of documents to be published
directly through company
site.
