CRM Mobility manages the public transport services information, thanks to the search engine functions (of direct and connecting solutions) and the calculation of multimodal transport routes, that integrate the movements of trains, metro and buses.

The search for an ideal solution at minimum cost can be carried out either by indicating a non specific departure and arrival locations or by specifying detailed departure and arrival addresses.

Another consulting tool is the list of the bus routes and timetables pere line, that summarizes in a few lines the company's offer.

Once the solution has been singled out, the call center operator, through a location search, is able to provide the customer with the ticket price and the nearest retail ticket outlet, through a search by locality or streetname.
