iTouring, has a very familiar look for renters, thanks to the interface that has been created for the issue of estimates, and which is very similar to Word but boosted with functions for pricing, printing and filing of services.
The estimate is partly drawn up (letterhead and greetings, which however can be modified like any word document) and uses the pricing display for the calculation of the journey price.

Every calculated estimate is always visible to be compared with similar requests made by the same client or to be copied and sent to another offeree (including possible adjustments).
The service confirmation is the real gem of iTouring; the clearness of the interface makes it absolutely unique and easy to carry out. The ease of the scheduled services management makes the software also suitable for those agencies that carry out scheduled services or school bus services.

Service options are managed through the same interface that is used for the confirmations, simply adding the expiration date of the option: it is the software that automatically indicates the options that are about to expire and that cancels them when they are not confirmed.

Invoicing is connected to the carried out services and is reduced to a really fast operation, assuring a considerable saving of time; the documents are produced in PFD files and can be printed or sent by e-mail.
The invoices automatically produce a client tickler, a simple and powerful support to monitor the outstanding payments and carry out ready payments.
